When hunting for the perfect location for your wedding, special occasion or event, please consider The Montauk Hill House. Our lovely lawn will accommodate a 30 x 90’ tent, just off of our 12’ x 48’ stone patio. This tent will comfortably seat 130 guests. More space is available on the patio and in the 24’ x 24’ living room, which is accessed through two French doors right there on the patio. Our living room, with 24 feet of upholstered window seats, can be cleared for catering tables, used as a dance floor, or used as is for comfortable relaxation. Take a stroll down beautiful stone steps just beyond the tent to a sunken stone patio for more intimate conversation.
Our gourmet kitchen, with separate pantry and bar area, as well as an open staging area, can easily support a caterer’s needs. We have a first floor powder room, and there is plenty of space outside for discreetly placed porta-lavs. Upstairs we have 3 en suite guest rooms available for over-night guests and honeymooners.
The house is a sprawling shingle style with stone accents and sweeping rooflines. Inside the décor is a warm contemporary with designer colors, original art and a grand spaciousness that includes a stone spiral staircase with mahogany handrail and backdrop—perfect for photos.
