We are directly across from the mansion built by developer Carl Fischer, who in the early 1900’s had dreams of making Montauk the Miami of the north. He built many of the older, more notable buildings you see in Montauk, including the Montauk Manor, the
Tower building in town and the many elegant Tudor-style homes scattered throughout Montauk. With any and virtually all properties available to this multi-millionaire, it was our hillside location with its panoramic vantage point that he chose for his own home.

FROM TOWN OF MONTAUK
From Montauk Hwy at the center of  town you will see a five story brick condo building opposite the traffic circle and gazebo. Make a left past the five story brick condo onto Edgemere. Continue past the firehouse and train station. You will start to go up a long hill, at the very top make a right, that is North Farragut.  We are the eighth house on your left. Small sign on lawn says 114 Glenmore Ave.
